Hi team,
I pulled the launch notes into one place and added the decisions from yesterday. The new timeline keeps our customer pilot on Monday and gives Design an extra day for the onboarding polish.
Please review the owner column before 3 PM. I’ll turn unresolved items into tasks after that.
